Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, refunds, deposits, and service changes are generally handled.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy provides general guidance for cancellations and refunds. Specific project terms may be defined in a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work, or agreement.

Consultations

Free discovery calls can usually be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Paid consultations, if offered, may have separate cancellation terms communicated before booking.

Project deposits

Deposits or advance payments may be required to reserve project time, begin discovery, or start implementation work. Deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Completed work

Fees for completed discovery, configuration, development, migration, documentation, training, support, or consulting work are generally not refundable.

Project cancellation

If a project is cancelled, any refund or outstanding balance will depend on work completed, time reserved, third-party costs, and the terms agreed for that project.

Third-party costs

Software subscriptions, Zoho licences, hosting, plugins, domains, payment gateway charges, and other third-party costs are subject to the third party’s own refund policy.
